　　TJ type oil casing and oil pipe coupling screwing machine is widely used in oil casing, oil pipe manufacturing industry, and oilfield maintenance industry. Among them, TJA type is a new generation of casing and oil pipe production special equipment with mature technology and advanced structure in China. The screwing system meets the connection requirements of the American API oil pipe thread specification, and is especially suitable for screwing or unscrewing the couplings and pipe bodies of various buckle types of oil casing and oil pipes. The equipment adopts a non-stick clamping mechanism and an accurate torque measurement and control system to realize the computer monitoring of the screwing process data throughout the process. It can realize manual, semi-automatic and fully automatic operations, and has the characteristics of large screwing range, high torque, long life, and safety and reliability. The product has been awarded a national invention patent.
